  1. I'm having the same issue with a Dell Latitude E7270 Laptop. Keyboard works initially (F8 and arrow keys) and then during 'starting Windows' it powers off as does the mouse. Both are in a dock and I can get the mouse to power up if I change ports but the mouse driver never installs. The keyboard won't power back on even using the laptops port.
